The discussion focused on the critical role that civil society organizations play in supporting Egypt’s Vision 2030 for the healthcare sector, particularly in areas of quality improvement, awareness, and sustainable development.

Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Healthcare Quality
The Egyptian Society for Quality in Healthcare (ESQua) organized a specialized symposium under the title “Artificial Intelligence and Its Role in Supporting Healthcare Quality”, with the participation of experts in both medicine and information technology.
The symposium explored how AI applications can enhance the efficiency of healthcare services, support clinical decision-making, and enable accurate monitoring of health indicators. It also addressed the ethical and professional challenges of integrating technology into the healthcare system.
The event was attended by healthcare providers and academic representatives, and concluded with key recommendations emphasizing the importance of incorporating AI in national strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services in Egypt.
